How Do I Use Dynamics 365 Mobile App?

Step 1: Download the App

The first step is to download the Dynamics 365 Mobile App from your app store. The app is available for both iOS and Android devices. Once downloaded, sign in using your Microsoft Dynamics 365 account credentials.

Step 2: Navigate the Home Screen

You can also access all types of activities such as Tasks, Appointments, Emails, and more. You can view details such as subject, start date/time, end date/time etc., associated with each activity.

Step 4: Creating and Editing Records and Activities

Dynamics 365 Mobile App allows you to create and edit records and activities while on the go. To create a new record or activity, tap on the + icon located at the bottom of the screen. Select the record or activity type you want to create and fill in all the necessary details.

To edit an existing record or activity, simply open it up and make any necessary changes.

Step 5: Using Task Flows

Task Flows are a series of guided steps that help you complete a specific task such as creating a new lead or opportunity. Dynamics 365 Mobile App provides pre-built Task Flows that you can use to complete tasks quickly and efficiently.

To access Task Flows, tap on the Menu icon at the bottom of the screen, then select Task Flows. From here, select the appropriate Task Flow for your task.
